Here are some simple phone camera snaps of most of my collection.
(Excuse the log cabin which is intended to become a snow scene when I get the time/energy. And the ambulance and Meadowcroft cottage need some fixing too. If I waited til everything was perfect to take photos it would never happen!!)
Even looking at these photos makes me so happy haha. If I had no job or young kids to look after I’d love to set up each shelf with backdrop and scenery… maybe when I retire in a few decades. 😆

The following photos just show the sides of the room in full and how I keep them stored for those who are interested. Plastic over the front of the bookshelves to stop the dust. I’ve just installed the highest shelves on each side of the room, that’s why they’re currently empty. I have a Grand Hotel on the way so there will be a bit of moving things around to make room for that (hopefully!!).
Hope you like it! 🙂

Beautiful! Isn’t amazing how quickly those shelves fill up?

Yes!! I only bought the third bookshelf about a month ago! It’s terrible! I’m fantasising about getting bespoke fitted cabinets floor to ceiling put in by a cabinet maker haha. Where’s that lottery ticket??

Just wondering, when you take pictures for a story, do you take out the things you need from the cabinets and set up somewhere else or do you take the pictures in the cabinet and photoshop in the sky and so on? 😊If you don’t mind 😄

Hiya! I take all the bits and pieces I need out and set them up elsewhere. I usually set up on the floor up against a wall where I can tack up the background. 🙂 The problem sometimes can be tracking down all the various items I need within my shelves. I was trying to find Coco Chocolate recently for a particular scene and I just can’t find him for the life of me!! Cheeky bunny.

Wow, you have an amazing collection! I love how you have displayed them all going about their fuzzy little lives – they all look very busy! Some of my favourites include your beach scene and wedding scene.
